Grind is a specialty coffee quick commerce platform operated in Bangalore, India. Grind is a brand of House of Patnala, a business registered under the Udyam registration system (UDYAM-OD-11-0094193). We enable customers to browse and purchase specialty coffee products for fast delivery.
Grind operates as an independent reseller of specialty coffee products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any of the roasters, brands, or producers whose products we carry. All products listed on thatsgrind.com are purchased independently by Grind and resold to end consumers.
Grind makes no claim to represent any roaster or brand. Product names, roast descriptions, and origin information are provided for informational purposes based on information available at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any changes a roaster makes to their product after our purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to place an order. By using this platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or delivery constraints. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. Grind does not store your card details. By placing an order you agree to Razorpay's payment terms.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law: Grind shall not be liable for any claims arising from the quality, taste, composition, or fitness of any product sold on this platform, including claims related to allergic reactions, health effects, or product defects. By placing an order on thatsgrind.com, you acknowledge that Grind is a reseller and that any product quality concerns should be directed to the manufacturer or roaster. Grind shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or any product purchased through it. Our total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Grind does not claim ownership over any roaster's brand name, logo, or intellectual property. Product names are used purely for identification purposes in the context of resale. If you are a brand or roaster and have a concern about how your product is listed, contact us at support@thatsgrind.com and we will address it promptly.
The presence of any roaster's product on Grind does not imply a commercial partnership, endorsement, or any formal relationship between Grind and that roaster. Grind reserves the right to list, delist, or modify product availability at its sole discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
