Shipping & Delivery Policy

Fast delivery is the whole point. Here's how it works.

Section 1 — Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Bangalore. Specific neighborhood availability is shown at checkout. If your area isn't covered yet, we're working on it.

Section 2 — Delivery Time

We aim to deliver within the time window shown at checkout. Times may vary based on order volume, traffic, and availability. We do not guarantee specific delivery times but we will always communicate delays proactively.

Section 3 — Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if any, are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Section 4 — Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued minus any applicable delivery costs.

Section 5 — Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us at support@thatsgrind.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Section 6 — Liability

Grind is responsible for your order until it is marked as delivered. After delivery confirmation, responsibility passes to the customer.
