Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every order to be right. Here's how we handle cancellations, refunds, and issues.

Section 1 — Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement, before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@thatsgrind.com or via WhatsApp.

Section 2 — Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases: you received the wrong product, the product arrived damaged or in unusable condition, your order was never delivered. Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos where applicable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Section 3 — Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for: change of mind after dispatch, taste preference (we are happy to help you find a better match next time), incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Section 4 — Perishable Products

Coffee is a perishable product. Once opened or past the indicated best-by date, products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged.

Section 5 — How to Raise a Request

Email support@thatsgrind.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
